Vita had been on the market a week in Europe by the end of Feb 2012. Error :) don't think it had much longer on the market in the US either?

Add in the time of year (this last Christmas was Vita's first Western christmas as well as Wii U's) and you're never going to get apples - apples comparisons.

yeah launching about a couple weeks before BF is just a little bit of an advantage
