Hmm not sure if I believe that. Terms like castrated shemale on Nr 6 or cumlouder on 4 in Spain make no sense. Because if Millions of people search that it must be a thing and easy to find but its not.
Also too many english terms. Not enough homegrown stuff. Russian/Spanish/French and German porn databases are huge people would look for porn primarily in their own languages and broaden their range later in english if at all. So this is just terms searched on english websites sorted by IPs. This is not representative people use proxies or live on boarders and get another countries IP also if you ask 10 random people on streets what a creampie is most in europe wouldn't know outside of UK.
