It's clear who made the better phone, unfortunately, it's also clear which one will sell better.

Why would it be clear based on two images?

Design. One is made of flimsy plastic, and the other is made of aluminum.

 

In more depth though. The HTC one has a much better camera, a lighter skin of Android that works better, and a better screen.

 

If there is any one post in this forum that trolls any more than another, its yours. Also you sound biased. You need to get your facts straight. 

 

1. The phone is not made from flimsy plastic. It's made from polycarbonate. A material that is about 300 times stronger than plastic, scratch resistant, and very durable. I dare you to whack your head with a GSIII phone and tell me if you're still okay.

2. In what sense is the HTC one's camera better? Because it uses ultrapixels? Or is it because they said it was better? You always sacrifice something when you choose something and HTC's camera takes better than average low light pics, and bad flash pics. I.e it's comparable to the camera's in current flagship smartphones for one exception; if you were to enlarge a picture taken by  the one, it would look awful but HTC wouldn't tell you that would they, hmm guess ultrapixel 4mp is not impressive afterall.

3. Your 3rd point is assumed, your 4th point is subjective, and your 5th point is opinionated. How do you know HTC's skin is "lighter"? What makes it lighter? For all you know it could just as well be "heavier" and more in depth. And what makes it work better? Because you think it works better or because you want it to work better? And what makes the screen better? Is it because it's smaller or because there's no real menu button on it?

My point is, until you've actually used both devices, you might want to come with facts. Facts hold.
