Well hack and slash is my favorite genre, and all three games are great, but they're very different and appeal to me differently. GOW:A I had the most fun with, and I love the spectacle and boss battles in it. After completing the trials on hard and very hard you tend to feel a true sense of accomplishment. MGR is challenging as fk on the higher settings, and Monsoon is a hell of a boss to fight. I thought the move set was a bit simple but it was still fun. DmC was decent and very balanced. Despite what people might think there is some degree of complexity and it can be fun. Of the 3 the story in DmC captured me the most.
All in all GOW:A captured my interest the most ... the boss battles and trials are just insane.
