It depends, mostly on what kind of game it is. But the general consensus would be:
Short: -5 hours.
Regular: -8 hours.
Normal: 9 - 15 hours.
Long: +15 hours.
However, RPGs with 9 - 15 hours don't tend to be good...and a shooter with +15 hours of gameplay gotta be awesome, if done right. Look at Metro 2033.
