Really enjoyed that read and much of the comments mirror my own (like the Arkham City comparison). I LOVE the new Tomb Raider. It's the bee's knees! It does some things better than Uncharted. It does some things worse. It looks fantastic and it's a visceral experience. I'd recommend it to anyone. It has its video game moments (one person taking on an army of trained bad guys, villains in tombs that took you a lot of effort to discover, unreal resistance to punishment, etc.) but that's a side effect of the medium.
Maybe it looks better than Uncharted (especially during the set pieces) and maybe not. Be wary of ANYBODY that says "It doesn't compare to Uncharted's graphics" or anything like that. Some people have an obvious agenda. Doesn't even compare!? Yeah.....
Of the two series, I think we have a new champion. Decide for yourself. You may be surprised.
