The thing is, this year, HTC's One is clearly better than the S4. The problem is, that samsung caught fire last year because of aggressive advertising. They won't just slow down now with so much momentum.
HTC made the best Android phone this year, and that's clear, but they don't have the advertising muscle, or the hype to sell it.
