Lol, I see that as a positive. The more negativity they bring, the more it shows they are worried. Wii U is doing poorly and while it may recover after a price cut, it's definitely not coming first after dropping so low. MS seem to be focusing more on the casual market and multimedia functions (kind of like a jack of all trades, but possibly a master of none), while the Wii U shows us that the casuals will most likely not be there in droves next gen.
Sony, on the other hand, seem to be fixing every mistake they made from this gen. A gen where, even though they messed up almost every step for the first year or two, they will end up a very close 2nd. It's pretty easy to see why people think they will claim #1 next gen. As for hype outside the Sony fanbase, all I have to say is the 27.62M views the first PS4 trailer has gotten in just under a month is not from Sony fans just reclicking the vid. If MS doesn't announce anything soon, then that hype is just going to continue to grow. Especially with many of the rumors for the NeXbox not shedding the console in the best of light where core gamers are concerned.
