Picture isn't misleading at all. The S4 is actually a marginally smaller phone than the S3, despite its screen size increasing.

Thats a misleading comment because if you told me or most people that the S4 is smaller then the S3 the first thing they'll think of is screen size. So in this case it would be strange to say smaller since if you were to put an S3 on top of the S4, the S4 would appear larger.

However, the S4 is thinner and  lighter so the only way you could say its smaller is if you're comparing how thin
