ubisoft could make it for both Vita+3DS? I mean they are $$$$$ the hell out of the franchise right! AC can easily do a mil on Vita, but if they do it on both it could be like 800k-900k Vita and 600-700k 3DS. More $$$

They already have the engine designed for Vita. A 3DS port would be very costly so I doubt it would make business sense. 3DS getting a port from mobile makes more logic.

if it'll cost them that much then no, it'll definitely be a vita exclusive, but how about if they think 3DS will sell alot like RE revelations still no? I believe you, just askin your opinion

As people have said, a 3DS version would need to be completely redone and I can't help but think the 3DS Assassin's Creed that was announced at launch was cancelled for a reaon (system perhaps not being powerful enough to deliver what they intended?). An iOS/Android ver I could see happening though as a simultaneous release with a Vita game, but only for higher end models.
