Agreed. People in general tend to stick with what they know, especially if they have no reason to change. And with Android and ios both delivering solid performance and quality most people have no reason to switch. One of those 2 is going to need to screw up for MS to gain any real ground. It's MS own fault, though. They took way too long to enter the mobile market.
