I have very little experience with Windows 8 for PC and I adore Windows 7 myself, but from what I have seen of Windows 8, you can simply change a setting and make it look exactly like Windows 7, so it's probably worth upgrading to even if you don't like the default style of it. Having said that, you would probably get used to the look and feel of it pretty quickly. I'm pretty resistant to change, but it only took about a week after switching from Android to WP8 to really start enjoying the feel of the OS even though I kind of disliked it at first.

I forgot to put phone earlier but yeah I have a W7 phone and I love it so glad to see you enjoying your W8 phone. The phone i own now is my fav phone ive owned easily :)
