Welcome to the boards :P @the question at hand, it all depends on the developer actually :) It's generally much worse on multi-plat titles, but for games like Ratchet and Clank, or ESP Heavenly Sword, the controls are insanely responsive, almost perfectly so, with a little practice you'll be getting head shots in no time. I actually haven't tried them in Warhawk, It's a much faster paced game and I don't feel motion controls work the best for those types. But yes, some games have it down great, some... don't :P
