Who is creamsugar, and why should we take this single post as fact?

creamsugar is a neogaf member with access to the NPD monthly reports.. he can't give the exact numbers cause that would break his contracts but always gives stuff like:

game1 ~ 100k > game 2 = game 3 > game 4 ~90k
