Who cares really?

Windows 8 tablets generic is what really matters. I'd like to see that number by the end of 2013 and 2014.

I suspect that eventually this will be like saying Android is a flop because Google don't sell many phones.

"IDC said tablets running Microsoft's Windows 8 platform would grow their market share to 7.4 percent in 2017 from 1 percent last year.

Tablets running the Windows RT operating system, which is not compatible with older software that runs on Windows, will see their market share stay below 3 percent through 2017, IDC said."
