Handhelds are becoming increasingly more niche, and it is not really even Smartphones fault. It is mostly Sony and Nintendo basically always doing a 2nd rate job in NA as compared with Japan. As long as these companies have Home consoles then they will continue to treat it as 2nd in terms of importance.
