You're right. But they can't expect you to buy all these games and platforms before KH3. Besides, KH 1.5 Remix was done by like 2 programmers (at least part of it). They're not wasting resources by making these. If these weren't coming out they'd have nothing at all and KH3 wouldn't be coming out any faster.

We've been saying KH3 for at least 5 years now, milking session everytime, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Keep expectations low then when it happens, you'd be extra excited rather than being disappointed about another spin-off. Even if announced, if it's another dev hell like Versus 13, then *!(&#$(*^%%(*^&(*#@&%!!!! I keep expectations low with SE these days is all.
