Nope, according to this Xbox 360 users spend a bigger fraction of the total time of usage of the console playing games. That's not necessarily more time.
For example: notice how the watching Blu-ray/DVD section is all skewed to the PS3 (obviosuly)? That extra 8-9% time of usage of the console might be what makes the very same absolute value of gaming time take a lesser percentage on PS3 than 360.
Or maybe not: you need absolute times to draw any conclusion.
It's not that the survey or the sampling is wrong. It's that you read it wrong.
