It will sell better than any other action game since God of War 3, but I don't think it will top God of War 3 sales. Maybe 3.5 - 4 mil sales.
Bearing in mind God of War 3 is under-tracked (I believe), since Sony reported to have shipped 5.2 mil copies of the game, yet the sales on this site are lower than that.
I think Ascension could get up to about 4 mil, but not God of War 3 sales. However if the multiplayer takes off, who knows...
