based on this tophy list I can see a platinum in the minimum 3 play troughs, one normal playthrough on each normal and pride mode, one of each where you choose to do your side bosses and minigames, tournaments and what have you...(this is so you can get a decent amount of the trophies before your quick run)
then on your beginner mode playthrough, after you've played the other 2, getting the no weapon/setting changes, and your 15 hour or less play time should be quick and easy!
