I wouldn't call it a turnaround, but a nice boost that it needed.
Over 120k in 2 weeks due to a pricecut and Soul Sacrifice shows the potential for Vita. All Sony needs to do soon is include a 4GB card standard to help sustain higher sales.
Wait till FFX, MHF3, and perhaps MH4 release!
