Those are some 1st party studios off the top of my head working on new projects. Some will be high profile releases. Some eill be LIVE releases. Some will be Kinect 2.0 focused... So what do you want? Whats missing from the current 1st party efforts?
Id like a more "modern" shooter from Black Tusk, rather than a futuristic Halo-style game. I also think they are missing that Hack n Slash genre and an exclusive, more traditional RPG to differ from Fable. Add in a Kinect RTS game and a new platformer from Twisted Pixel and you could expect big things in the future!

Lionhead:
I want Lionhead to create something else than Fable.
I love Fable, but I think those guys always bring up some nice ideas so it would be cool to see what other genre they can do. Why don't they develop a cool sim? Those are rare (no pun intended) these days. After that give me Fable IV in 2015 or so.
Rare:
Give me a new cool IP and maybe a new Conker. I am not that much into fighting games, so Killer Instinct would not be my first pick.
LA Studio:
Since there are different reports on this one, some say they develop a new core IP and other say they develop new TV stuff for XBL, I want them to be the movie studio for Microsoft and Xbox. Let those guys develop a TV series like the one for Halo or the short movies for Alan Wake... just big. That would be so freaking cool. Imagine a GREAT TV series set in the universe of the next big game that will release later. Make the plots benefit each other. This has crazy potential and Sony as a movie and game development studio is wasting it.
Twisted Pixel:
Banjo Threeie. Would be perfect for them.
Black Tusk:
A hardcore shooter that looks mindblowing. I don't care about the setting as long as it feels fresh.
MS Victoria:
I don't know much about those guys, so I have no clue.An open world game would be pretty cool.

Halo 5.
Turn10:
Forza 5.
MS Redmond:
A new core game. 3rd Person shooter with a deeper storyline.
The BioShock guys are working there now, they should know a thing or two about storylines.
BigPark
A new Kinect game that actually uses the online capabilities in a cool new way.
PressPlay
A new Windows 8 / Windows Phone / XBLA cross game.
Platform Next, LiftLondon, MS Soho:
