I think they're looking at something to replace Gears of War. Not saying Gears is going multi-platform, but I think it's time is almost over, regardless, and I doubt Epic's next series will be Microsoft only.
Beyond that, at least two other core titles, but in different genres, and maybe not on the same budget scale.
As JayWood has above, I think one of those is kind of like Sony's ICE team or XDev studio, which exist to help other studios.
Several Kinect titles are coming, I have no doubt, as it's going to be a main selling point from the beginning.
