I had been playing Kingdom Hearts 1 again recently. In my opinion, it's aged quite poorly in terms of gameplay mechanics. I think the new abilities they added with the second game make it play a whole lot better, even if they do get a bit stupid at times.
With that said, I'll still be buying this, if only so I can play Final Mix.
