Unfortunately you erased any surefire way of getting your old Windows stuff back when you overwrote the partition with Linux so you lost your files and such.

Nope there isn't. 

There are many ways to open Windows Explorer. I've never actually had to explain opening it so here goes nothing.

The shortcut is windows button + E. :P
