Two machines can't be same because they will be manufactured by totally different companies even though these companies are using similar type of parts with little bit of different specs.
Still we are not sure about either of them and what will be the outcome but I' am really inclined towards ps4 because it is nearly impossible to have better specs than ps4, price will blow up the roof.
