Do we normally see announcements there or is it "just" devs talking dev stuff? Also do we we get videos of these presentations or is it supposed to be confidential?

Its just devs talking stuff, their might be some small announcements but with new consoles coming out, I wouldnt be surprised to see games being shown on new hardware.
