Are you looking for stuff to buy... or just watch? If it's the latter, then I heartily recommend the very recent Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, which is being subbed by fans as we speak. Official DVD release will probably happen eventually.
It's a bit too weird to explain, but here's 1/3 of the first episode. I'm assuming it's legal, since it's been up over 6 months without getting deleted. =P
