I don't understand what are you trying to say? Because even counting only PS3 news IPs Sony have more than Microsoft.

 

I don't think so MS and Sony have both quite the same amount of "usefull" IPs.

I would say Sony has God of War, Gran Turismo, Little Big Planet, Infamous,  Socom ,Wipeout, Ratchetand Clank and Killzone(hopefully Syphon filter as well  because I love it sometimes but it looks not that good for a Sequel) were it is quite sure that we will see Sequels.

MS has Halo, Fable, Forza, Alan Wake, Forza Horizon, Gears of War, Crackdown, Splosion Man, Perfect Dark, Age of Empires and Microsoft Flight sure will all get Sequels sooner or later.

So not that a big differenz at the end of the day in my opinion.
