Weel that is discutible because nobody knows that except Sony and Quantic Dream but I think the OP can remove from the list.

PS. I'm looking in the web but there is no information about... even Quantic Dream didn't they have the rights over the IP.

It says Heavy Rain is a trademark of Quantic Dream on the back of the cover
