A premium version with 64 / 128gb ssd + 500gb hdd would be ideal. Games install on the ssd, any other media and background downloads use the hdd. It would make the sytem too expensive though, over $200 just for storage media.
A 1tb model is not a far stretch, they're not that much more then 500gb drives. Sony wants to launch it's 4K download service with the ps4 with 100gb downloads for movies. Maybe useless in most of America, but Japan is probably ready for it. It's going to be called a 1000gb model though, 1000 is more then 1 for marketing.
