SimCity is pretty much out of the woods now. They've added a ton of servers, you shouldn't have much of an issue loading it and playing after this morning.
I tried Cities XL... it was alright. Basically my reaction when playing it was that I wished I had a new SimCity to play
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
