why people and devs keep orbiting around 8 GB of RAM??? 4 GB will go to games, and the other will go to the operating system. With all the "features" the PS4 will have like recording and streaming gameplay, running several apps on the background, let another player play your game and others, the system will need a lot of RAM. Please, allow me to understand how it is possible for the PS4 to use "X" amount of RAM for apps while using 8 GB of RAM in game?
It will be 1 GB of the Wii U against 4 GB of the PS4. We still haven't see a next gen game on Wii U, even Need4Speed that look on par with the PC version is still a last gen game. Launch games were mostly ports from other consoles, and the ones built from ground up were developed the safe way.
When we have all the 3 next gen consoles, and the Wii U does show to be just on par with the PS3/360 on a next gen game, then I will conclude Wii U is on par with last gen and it may be a mistake from NIntendo. We gamers are not in position to do that yet.
