Which city building sim should I buy

definitely go for it, even if you were getting SC right now anyway. I'd recommend going for the collectors bundle since it's only a little more expensive and the DLC is great. Base Tropico 4 lacks is a wide variety of buildings/services, but the DLC provides that (I admit it's mostly aesthetic though).

Yeah I think I will get it, collectors bundle is like a dollar more. 

I still will probably get Sim City, because I really do want to play the game based on what I've seen, but I'll wait a bit.
