It seems like the only really people in danger here are the South Koreans. And it seems like South Koreans believe US propaganda and overblown media reports are the main issue, and they don't feel at risk from North Korea. So why are so many Americans bothered?
If even SK doesn't seem too worried by all of NK's recent activity, not sure why anyone should. Put those UN sanctions into action and watch the show.
