I should be able to help you with the first two trophies once I finish my first co-op playthrough. I think I'm on Chapter 9.

I actually got those 2 trophies now, thanks. Just gonna progress through solo until I'm ready to do the co-op missions on Chapters 11 and 14. If I happen to see you on I'll see if you're up for any of those missions. If not that's okay, and thanks for the offer though!
