That means the servers and connection has problems, not the game.  Diablo had many issues out of the gate as well.  

And who's fault is that? EA. Therefore if you can't even play the game it deserves a 0. I can understand the odd glitch and bug here and there but not being able to play the ENTIRE game day 1 is emberassing on EA's part.
