Is utorrent a good torrent program,recommendations? and can I get sued for?

if you ever take the time, it's usually worth it. great selection, and more reliable speed compared to torrents; it can be tricky to find a way to download all of the files of rapidshare at once if you don't buy a premium account at rapidshare 

 

or I could keep changing my IP address so I dont have to pay for premium... you know... cause im cheap...
I get awesome speed from torrents. I match my max dl speed at 275 kb/s using utorrent.
