IOS internet usage is of course higher than Android, since it includes Ipad, the market leader with a significant lead. I am mainly an Android user, but my internet usage is 80% Ipad, 20% Android since a tablet is much better than a phone. Also browsing is something Ipad is very good at. If we were looking at phones only it would be different.
