Using the gamepad for a web browser is pretty decent. It blows my shitty smartphone away and I like using the stylus to click on links. I get a lot of miss clicks on my smartphone due to my finger being too big or something. The stylus hardly ever lets me down. Haven't tried browsing the web on a tablet ever but I am sure I would see no benefits a tablet would have over the Wii U (except that Wii U only reads HTML5 or whatever).
