I'm pretty sure if they get enough people to use IE and Bing, that their profits would be much higher than the fine, so they most likely don't give a fuck, unless they get fined an X amount everyday that it's not fixed, which is something I think the EU and the US should both be doing to keep the PC as an open platform instead of the garbage that the asshole CEO and their board of directors are trying to push onto the end users.
