Will PS4 and NextBox launches suffer same fate as WiiU?

I know the WiiU had a good launch (on par with 360, PS3), i should have used Nintendo's own phrase "launch window" i guess. I got a WiiU on the first day but I like most people on this and other videogame message boards, are in the early adopter category. I really didn't mean to be all doom and gloom, I would like to see all three systems do well in the next generation.
