Metacritic is down to 83 while the user score is 2.3. EA really killed the franchise. Small cities, no highways, subways, limited transportation options, no terraforming, no density zoning, and top top it off online drm that makes the game unplayable, what a disaster of a game. I wouldn't play this crap of a game if it was free.
