I don't understand the question. The WiiU had one of the more successful console launches ever, but from the wording of the OP, I assume this is a stealth "WiiU is domed" thread.
On the off chance that this is a legitimate error, the WiiU launch was good, there were some games that will massively outsell niche title like Watch Dogs.
It's the lack of big releases since the launch that is the Wii U's problem.
