If Sony boss used Famitsu numbers then they almost match 59,120 (4x) vs 60,561 (real).

I just think everybody but some guys in GAF misinterpreted what he said .

That makes the most logical sense actually, yeah.

It's just such a fucking weird way of announcing something.  Like, why not just take week 7 numbers and say that the Vita sold 8 times more?  Combining two weeks worth of sales to say that they have quadrupled is kind of ridiculously complex when it doesn't need to be :P
