Don't you mean Uncharted may have made some PS3 players tired of the Tomb Raider formula?
Nah, because TR is reviewing well and Uncharted 3 is over a year old there should be a decent apetite for TR on PS3. If it has stronger platforming elements than Uncharted I dare say I might like it better. However, as gamers like CGI Quality are opting for the PC version over the PS3 version then sales will suffer a bit in that regard.
I will probably pick it up later in the year or maybe some time next year.
Also the pre-order differential in the USA is relatively small. Which means TR will have a higher tie ratio on PS3 than 360 in the USA. 360:PS3 is 1.63:1 TR pre orders are 1.3(360):1(PS3). When that happens, and as long as the USA isn't the massively dominant market for the game it invariably means PS3 version sells better globally. A really good example of this is Batman: Arkham City. In the USA B:AC launched 50K higher on 360, but globally the launch was 65K in favour of PS3. Arkham Assylum on the other hand launched higher on PS3 in the USA, which is a rare feat indeed.
