i think it will definitely have blu-ray,i mean come on what else could they use instead!

They could use their own disc format like Nintendo do with the WiiU. It would cost MS way lesser if they create their own 50-100GB discs.

Yeah because it surely doesn't cost them any money in R & D to create the technology for ultra-high density discs...
