Does anyone else HATE having to wiggle the analog stick to break free of an enemy?

How do you properly evade those unblockable moves (yellow moves)?...I´m just trying to parry all the time, but when I see those moves coming I try to ninja run and sometimes they still get me because I wasn´t fast enough to start running...is there anything like the evade you see in Ninja Gaiden/Devil may cry?

Xbox360 = X + A while facing the opponent. (Your timing must be precise)

Ps3 = X + Square while facing the opponent. (The same)
