I think it will be the ps4 because of those reasons.
1-i believe playstation is a bigger name then xbox
2-xbox720 and ps4 will launch close to each other.
3-PS3 had a high price in launch because of the cell processor and blu ray this time there no cell and blu ray in way less expensive then in 2006 so ps4 will have a more acceptable price then ps3 and close to xbox720
4-3rd party look like they supporting the ps4 more then the ps3 and xbox720 has nothing to stole this time
5-Sony has not only Gran Turismo anymore they also have Uncharted series.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
