This website, GamingCapacity, was formerly called PS Analog. If you recall the "owner" of the site made a threads here once in a while promoting his website or trying to recruit editors LOL.
This website has no "inside sources". It is fishing for hits, you people are falling for it. There are rumors and then there is made up shit. This is the latter.
